Smaller boutique brokerage firms are different from what I call traditional big box firms. The difference is fundamental and focuses on a stronger relationship with our clients (buyers and sellers). In theory, agents from the traditional big box firms may be able to grab some referral and relocation business here and there. A big misconception for real estate agents is to believe that the big box firms will deliver lead and clients to them but the reality is different. I personally love my independence as a real estate broker, When I worked for a big box firm, I always bristled at the thought of attending office meetings, floor duty and attending sales training that I often found to be poorly executed. I think that costumers and clients want their needs met and we make every effort to be prepared to handle any kind of real estate transaction with professionalism and confidence. All our clients are special to us and we make sure the experience they have when working with us is always one of a kind.
